Karvo network

One institutional connection.
Governed access to many capabilities.

Banks and regulated financial institutions connect through tenant-isolated interfaces. Karvo then exposes only the providers, methods, currencies, limits and settlement mechanisms permitted for that institution and corridor.

Who participates / 01

Banks first. A broader regulated network around them.

MSMEs benefit through the institutions that serve them; they are not Karvo's direct infrastructure customer.

01

Banks & financial institutions

Direct customers using Karvo for cross-border execution, accounting, settlement and operations.

02

Execution participants

PSPs, mobile-money operators, switches and bank providers available through verified capabilities.

03

Financial providers

Authorized FX, liquidity and settlement institutions performing their contracted roles.

04

Oversight participants

Central banks, regulators and auditors receiving scoped evidence or network access where authorized.

Network model / 02

Replace repeated integration with governed reach.

A network connection is not blanket access. Capability records are environment-specific, effective-dated and explicit about corridor, method, currencies, limits, settlement semantics and verification evidence.

01

Without orchestration

Each corridor adds another bilateral technical and operational relationship.

Connections increase faster than participants.
02

With Karvo

Each participant connects once to a permissioned, normalized network.

Connectivity remains subject to permissions and corridor rules.

First deployment scope / 03

A corridor before a continent.

Ghana–Nigeria establishes the reusable transaction, FX, provider, settlement and reconciliation model for GHS and NGN before expansion to additional markets.

Rules of the network / 04

Neutrality is an operating discipline.

01

Preserve roles

Banks, switches, PSPs, mobile money operators, FX providers, liquidity providers, and settlement systems retain their roles.

02

Make access explicit

Connectivity, transaction types, limits, and routes are permissioned—not inferred from membership.

03

Normalize capability

Adapters expose what each provider can actually perform instead of assuming every rail behaves alike.

04

Normalize evidence

Participants receive consistent state and reconciliation information even when underlying systems differ.

05

Expand deliberately

A new corridor is an operating system to configure, test, govern, and observe—not merely a line on a map.
